Objetivo del puesto: Para el funcionamiento y operación de ambas clínicas dentales en cuanto al abastecimiento de insumos, compras de equipos dentales manejo de personal administrativo y coordinación del equipo académico dentro de las clínicas; control de los estados financieros así como el cumplimiento de las normas de salud que rigen las clínicas.

Responsabilidades principales: Dirigir la operación integral de las Clínicas Dentales para habilitar una práctica clínica de excelencia académica, centrada en la formación y experiencia del estudiante y en la seguridad, experiencia y calidad de atención del paciente. Asegurar procesos clínico-administrativos eficientes, ágiles, estandarizados, digitalizados y basados en datos; optimizar la capacidad y los recursos; y desarrollar, en conjunto con la Dirección, modelos de atención y de negocio que fortalezcan la innovación, la transferencia de conocimiento y la sostenibilidad financiera de las Clínicas.

Responsabilidades principales:

1. Habilitar la práctica clínica académica de excelencia para estudiantes y profesores de Odontología.

2. Asegurar la calidad, seguridad y experiencia del paciente durante todo el proceso de atención.

3. Gestionar la capacidad instalada y los recursos de las Clínicas Dentales para maximizar su aprovechamiento.

4. Liderar la transformación digital y la adopción del expediente clínico electrónico.

5. Fortalecer la eficiencia y sostenibilidad financiera de las Clínicas Dentales.

6. Impulsar una cultura de innovación, colaboración y mejora continua en el equipo de las Clínicas.

7. Gestionar el desempeño de las Clínicas mediante información e indicadores para la toma de decisiones.

Requisitos indispensables:

Licenciatura y Maestría (Medico Cirujano Dentista)

Experiencia en Administración, Gestión de Salud, Maestría en Finanzas o Acompañamiento clínico, práctica clínica, gestión de operaciones, gestión de personal y equipos de alto desempeño. Análisis financiero, digitalización y aplicación de IA para generar artefactos, programas y diagnósticos basados en datos.
