Líder de Atracción de Talento.

Objetivo

Ejercer un rol estratégico junto a las áreas de negocio en la identificación y atracción del talento adecuado, asegurando la alineación entre las necesidades institucionales, las dinámicas del mercado laboral y una experiencia de reclutamiento óptima para clientes y candidatos.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar el proceso de Atracción en perfiles directivos, desde que inicia la requisición, hasta que se cierra la vacante, para que el candidato tenga la mejor experiencia.
  • Acompañamiento a los líderes en la definición de perfiles clave.
  • Gestionar y administrar las plataformas y herramientas tecnológicas.
  • Análisis de métricas y mejora continua en los procesos de Atracción.
  • Generar y mantener el posicionamiento de la UDEM interna y externamente, mediante un excelente manejo de relaciones con clientes y candidatos.
  • Negociación y presentación de resultados a líderes de vacantes (directores y vicerrectores).
  • Participación en proyectos estratégicos a nivel gerencial y/o dirección.

Estudios Académicos: Licenciatura en Psicología /Administración de Recursos Humanos. Deseable Maestría en RH o afín.

Conocimientos:

  • Manejo avanzado de plataformas de empleo.
  • Uso de Excel y herramientas de oficina.
  • Dominio de entrevista por competencias.
  • Dominio de aplicación e interpretación de pruebas psicométricas.
  • Idioma Inglés

Ofrecemos:

  • Prestaciones de ley y tarjeta de restaurante (Subsidiada al 80%).
  • La vacante se contempla se cubra por periodo temporal de por lo menos 6 meses a partir del mes de Octubre.
