Líder de la Iniciativa HESLATAM

Objetivo

Dirigir la iniciativa Higher Education for Catholic Sisters in Latin America (HESLATAM) para coordinar, con rigor académico, sensibilidad social y fidelidad a la identidad católica de UDEM, el diagnóstico de necesidades, el estudio de factibilidad y el diseño del modelo académico que amplíe el acceso de religiosas católicas a educación superior acreditada en México, con visión de expansión en América Latina.

Principales responsabilidades:

• Dirigir la planeación integral de la iniciativa HESLATAM.

• Coordinar el diagnóstico de necesidades y el estudio de factibilidad.

• Diseñar y validar el modelo académico y de acompañamiento.

• Gestionar relaciones institucionales y alianzas estratégicas.

• Contratar y supervisar al equipo operativo, consultores y asesores técnicos.

• Asegurar la gobernanza, seguimiento e informes del proyecto.

• Articular procesos académico-administrativos internos necesarios para la viabilidad.

• Elaborar el roadmap de implementación y los documentos finales de planeación.

Estudios académicos:

Maestría en Educación, Ciencias Sociales, Administración Educativa o área afín.

Experiencia en gestión académico-administrativa, proyectos educativos, educación superior y responsabilidad social.

Certificaciones en Gestión de proyectos, evaluación de programas o metodologías de investigación aplicada.

Habilidades requeridas:

• Gestión de proyectos educativos y sociales

• Planeación estratégica, cronogramas, indicadores y rendición de cuentas

• Diseño curricular, modelos académicos y procesos de acreditación/reconocimiento

• Investigación aplicada, métodos mixtos y análisis de necesidades

• Relaciones institucionales, negociación y manejo de aliados de alto nivel

• Conocimiento y valoración de la vida religiosa femenina y de la misión católica

• Microsoft 365, análisis en Excel/Power BI y herramientas de colaboración digital.
