Estudios académicos:

  • Maestría en: Emprendimiento, Innovación, Administración, Estrategia, Management o áreas afines.
  • Doctorado en: Emprendimiento, Innovación, Administración, Estrategia, Management o áreas afines, obtenido en una universidad reconocida nacional o internacionalmente. Deseable posdoctorado o estancias de investigación internacionales.

Experiencia profesional:

  • Experiencia profesional en emprendimiento, intraemprendimiento, innovación, creación de nuevos negocios, ecosistemas emprendedores, emprendimiento sostenible y transformación organizacional.
  • Experiencia trabajando con empresas, incubadoras, aceleradoras o ecosistemas de innovación.
  • Deseable experiencia emprendedora o participación en iniciativas de corporate entrepreneurship.
  • Experiencia docente a nivel profesional y/o posgrado.
  • Experiencia en dirección de tesis y asesoría de proyectos de emprendimiento.
  • Evidencia de innovación educativa y uso de metodologías activas de aprendizaje.
  • Deseable participación en procesos de acreditación y mejora continua (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA o equivalentes).
  • Producción científica demostrable mediante publicaciones en revistas indexadas de alto impacto (Scopus/WoS) y participación en congresos internacionales.

Responsabilidades principales:

• Impartir clases a nivel profesional y/o posgrado bajo un enfoque de competencias.

• Desarrollar y fortalecer líneas de investigación en emprendimiento, intraemprendimiento, innovación y áreas afines.

• Generar publicaciones científicas en revistas indexadas de alto impacto y participar activamente en congresos internacionales.

• Dirigir tesis y asesorar proyectos de emprendimiento e innovación.

• Desarrollar proyectos de investigación con financiamiento externo y colaboraciones nacionales e internacionales.

• Impulsar proyectos de vinculación con empresas, incubadoras, aceleradoras y organizaciones del ecosistema de innovación.

• Participar en procesos de acreditación, evaluación y mejora continua de programas académicos.

• Desempeñar actividades administrativas en el Departamento.

• Participar en reuniones de academia y actividades institucionales.
