Worum es geht

Die ÜAG gGmbH Jena begleitet junge Menschen bei der beruflichen Orientierung und beim Einstieg in Ausbildung oder Beschäftigung. Für unsere Berufsvorbereitende Bildungsmaßnahme für junge Menschen mit besonderem Förderbedarf (BvB WbR) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine pädagogische Fachkraft in Teil- oder Vollzeit. Sie beraten und motivieren die Teilnehmenden, stärken ihre persönlichen und sozialen Kompetenzen und entwickeln gemeinsam mit ihnen tragfähige berufliche Perspektiven.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Berufsvorbereitende Bildungsmaßnahme (BvB) übernehmen und die damit verbundene Planungs- und Koordinierungsarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team gestalten
  • Individuelle Förder- und Qualifizierungsverläufe planen, dokumentieren und regelmäßig weiterentwickeln
  • Teilnehmende bei der beruflichen Orientierung, im Bewerbungsprozess und beim Übergang in Ausbildung oder Beschäftigung begleiten
  • Praktika akquirieren sowie deren Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung organisieren
  • Mit der Agentur für Arbeit, Betrieben, Berufsschulen und Netzwerkpartnern zusammenarbeiten
  • Förderverläufe und Maßnahmeergebnisse dokumentieren sowie Leistungs- und Verhaltensbeurteilungen erstellen
  • Eltern und weitere Bezugspersonen bei Bedarf einbeziehen
  • Fachliche, rechtliche und qualitätsbezogene Vorgaben sicher umsetzen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik, Sozialen Arbeit, Pädagogik, Rehabilitationspädagogik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit einschlägiger Zusatzqualifikation
  • mindestens zweijähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung junger Menschen in Bildungs-, Qualifizierungs- oder Rehabilitationsmaßnahmen ist wünschenswert
  • Freude an wertschätzender Beratung, verlässlicher Beziehungsarbeit und motivierender Begleitung
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise sowie Team- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Fahrpraxis mit Fahrzeugen mit Gangschaltung
