Worum es geht

Für unsere Unterstützungsangebote für straffällig gewordene Jugendliche und Heranwachsende in Jena suchen wir ab Oktober 2026 einen Sozialpädagogen / eine Sozialpädagogin (m/w/d) in Teilzeit mit ca. 23 Wochenstunden. Mit den Angeboten Betreuungsweisung, deliktbezogene Straftataufarbeitung im Einzelsetting (DeSiE) und Verkehrskurs begleiten wir junge Menschen bei der Bewältigung persönlicher Herausforderungen und unterstützen sie dabei, neue Perspektiven für ein eigenverantwortliches und straffreies Leben zu entwickeln. Eine Aufstockung der Wochenarbeitszeit durch die Mitarbeit in einem weiteren Arbeitsfeld ist möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der Unterstützungsangebote sowohl im Beratungssetting als auch aufsuchend im Lebensumfeld der Jugendlichen und Heranwachsenden
  • Beratung und Begleitung bei der Bewältigung persönlicher Krisen und alltäglicher Herausforderungen
  • Unterstützung bei behördlichen Angelegenheiten sowie bei der Strukturierung des Alltags
  • Begleitung und Aufarbeitung von Straftaten im Rahmen der pädagogischen Arbeit
  • Planung und Durchführung von Workshops sowie Gruppenangeboten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Institutionen und weiteren Netzwerkpartnern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Konzepten und Maßnahmen der Qualitätssicherung
  • Dokumentation der Fallarbeit sowie Erstellung von Berichten und Stellungnahmen
  • Möglichkeit zur Übernahme von Projektverantwortung bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Eignung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit bzw. Sozialpädagogik (Diplom, Bachelor oder Master), der Erziehungswissenschaften oder der Psychologie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse pädagogischer Methoden und deren Anwendung in der Beratungs- und Betreuungsarbeit
  • Erfahrungen in der systemischen Beratung sowie in ambulanten Hilfen zur Erziehung sind wünschenswert
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit straffällig gewordenen Jugendlichen und Heranwachsenden
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Office-Software
  • Bereitschaft zur Vorlage eines erweiterten Führungszeugnisses
  • Führerschein der Klasse B wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Beratungskompetenz und ein wertschätzender Umgang mit den Klientinnen und Klienten
