Die inJena gGmbH ist ein Tochter-Unternehmen der ÜAG gGmbH. Wir sind Dienstleister im öffentlichen und privaten Bereich mit ca. 26 Beschäftigten. In gemischten Teams (schwerbehinderte/ nicht schwerbehinderte) KollegInnen arbeiten wir in verschiedenen Gewerken, vorwiegend im Garten- und Landschaftsbau.

Zur Komplettierung unseres Arbeitsteams in unserem Inklusionsbetrieb suchen wir in Teilzeit mit bis zu 35 Wochenstunden (gern für Menschen mit Behinderung) Teammitglied Garten- & Landschaftsbau (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführen von Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an Gebäuden, Anlagen und technischen Einrichtungen
  • Bewirtschaften, Pflegen und Erhalten von Außenanlagen und Gebäuden
  • Errichten, Sanieren und Instandhalten von Bauwerken und baulichen Anlagen im Tiefbau, Garten- und Landschaftsbau

Ihr Profil

  • Handwerklich begabt, gute Kenntnisse im Garten- und Landschaftsbau
  • Bestenfalls Berufsabschluss oder Berufserfahrung als Garten- und Landschaftsbauer, Tiefbauer, Maurer, Landschaftsgärtner oder ähnliches
  • Eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zur Qualifizierung sowie Weiterentwicklung.
  • Leistungsfähigkeit, Loyalität sowie Flexibilität
  • Freundlichkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Fahrerlaubnis erwünscht
