The posting

Misión

Apoyar la coordinación de la operación diaria del Data Center durante su turno, asegurando la disponibilidad, continuidad y seguridad de la infraestructura crítica, mediante la supervisión del equipo operativo, seguimiento a mantenimientos, atención de incidentes y cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos.

Responsabilidades o funciones

1. Apoyar al Coordinador de Data Center en la gestión y seguimiento de la operación diaria de la infraestructura crítica.

2. Coordinar y supervisar al equipo de operadores durante el turno, asegurando la correcta ejecución de las actividades operativas.

3. Monitorear las condiciones operativas de los sistemas eléctricos, mecánicos, climatización y demás infraestructura crítica.

4. Apoyar la gestión de incidentes y contingencias, realizando la atención inicial, seguimiento y escalamiento oportuno al Coordinador.

5. Supervisar la ejecución de mantenimientos y maniobras operativas, verificando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos establecidos.

6. Apoyar al Coordinador en la gestión de proveedores y contratistas, realizando seguimiento a las actividades ejecutadas dentro del Data Center.

7. Consolidar y reportar novedades, incidentes, indicadores y condiciones operativas relevantes para la gestión del Coordinador.

8. Proponer oportunidades de mejora en los procesos operativos, procedimientos y condiciones de infraestructura, apoyando las iniciativas definidas por el Coordinador.

9. Ejecutar las demás funciones que designe el jefe inmediato

Formación

Profesional en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica, Mecánica, Electromecánica o afines.

Formacion deseada

Formación en operación de Data Center, sistemas eléctricos, UPS, HVAC, seguridad eléctrica, gestión de mantenimiento o infraestructura crítica. Inglés Técnico (Deseable, no descartable)

Experiencia

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en operación de Data Centers o infraestructura crítica, con experiencia en monitoreo de sistemas, atención de incidentes, ejecución de maniobras, mantenimientos y supervisión operativa de equipos o personal técnico. Deseable: experiencia en liderazgo de equipos, gestión de proyectos, gestión de activos críticos y operación bajo estándares internacionales de Data Center.
