Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen nach Vereinbarung eine:n HR Generalist:in (100%) mit umfassender Berufserfahrung und tiefgreifendem Know-how im Personalmanagement inklusive Payroll.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Fachverantwortung des kompletten Bereichs HR (ohne Führungsverantwortung)
  • Eigenverantwortliche operative Abwicklung des gesamten Payroll-Prozesses für ca. 100 Mitarbeitende
  • Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte, Behörden und Ämter in sämtlichen HR-, Payroll- und Versicherungsangelegenheiten
  • Steuerung und Durchführung des Rekrutierungs- und Onboardingprozesses
  • Verwaltung von Ein- und Austritten sowie Stammdatenpflege
  • Sicherstellung einer lückenlosen Administration der Sozialversicherungen inklusive Pensionskasse
  • Überwachung des Zeit- und Absenzenmanagements
  • Kontenabstimmung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie Ausstellung der jährlichen Lohnausweise
  • Entwicklung und Förderung von Talentmanagement und Mitarbeiterweiterbildung
  • Verantwortung für die jährlichen Abrechnungen (intern und extern)
  • Betreuung und Unterstützung der kaufmännischen Lernenden
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines professionellen HR-Controllings
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von HR-Kennzahlen, Reports und Statistiken

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Fachausweis im Personalwesen oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Handels- oder Konzernumfeld
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Verlässlichkeit und Diskretion
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Zahlenverständnis
  • Teamgeist, Eigenverantwortung und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Motivation zur Weiterentwicklung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
