Das hört sich genau nach deiner Passion an? Dann komm in unser Construction Solutions Team. Ob vor oder hinter den Kulissen, auf der Baustelle oder im Backoffice – du verstehst es, Partner und Projekte in jedem Stadium zu steuern beziehungsweise sauber abzuwickeln. Und das für unterschiedliche Retailformate sowie verwandter Branchen wie Banking, Hospitality und Mixed-Used-Flächen.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Führen und Steuern des Projektablaufes inkl. der Koordination aller Projektaktivitäten
  • Übernahme von Kostenkalkulationen für Inneneinrichtungen
  • Abstimmung von konstruktiven Lösungen mit Lieferanten
  • Übernahme der Schnittstellenfunktion zur Montage
  • Verantwortung für den Projektabschluss und die Budget- und Termineinhaltung sowie für die Rechnungsstellung und das Änderungsmanagement
  • Überprüfung von technischen Ausarbeitungen
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit dem internen Projektteam, Kunden und Lieferanten

Qualifikationen

  • Technisches Studium oder technische Ausbildung (Tischler / Holzmechaniker, Holztechniker, Meister)
  • Branchenkenntnisse im Innenausbau / Ladenbau
  • Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office, ERP Systeme z. B. AMS) und Grundkenntnisse im Bereich CAD
  • Kommunikationsstark im Umgang mit Kunden
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 3-4 Tage pro Monat)
