RESPONSABILIDADES DA FUNÇÃO

Fazer a gestão do cadastro de produtos e parceiros da empresa.

Atuar na gestão de estoque da cia, participando de inventários, treinamento de almoxarifes, sugerindo ações para mitigar os custos com movimentação e capital empregado.

Atuar na rotina de compras perseguindo melhores condições comerciais de preço e prazo, com foco em qualidade com redução de custos operacionais.

Pesquisar, avaliar, desenvolver e homologar fornecedores, analisando sua capacidade técnica, confiabilidade, histórico de desempenho e custo benefício.

Validar os contratos de prestação de serviços tomados pela Cia.

Elaborar, revisar e controlar contratos de fornecimento de produtos e prestação de serviços (manutenção, aluguel, serviços técnicos, embarcações, etc.).

Acompanhar vigências contratuais, renovações, aditivos e encerramentos.

Atuar junto às áreas jurídica, financeira e operacional na gestão contratual.

Analisar riscos e garantir conformidade com normas internas e legislação vigente.

Organizar a documentação e manter o controle dos contratos ativos e encerrados.

Elaborar, revisar e acompanhar contratos de fornecimento de produtos e prestação de serviços (incluindo contratos de manutenção, aluguel, serviços especializados e embarcações).

FORMAÇÃO ACADÊMICA

Ensino Superior em andamento ou completo em: Administração ou área correlata.

NECESSÁRIO

• Experiência mínima de 06 meses na função;
