The posting

O Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho será responsável por apoiar e executar as rotinas de saúde e segurança ocupacional, promovendo a prevenção de acidentes, o cumprimento das normas legais e internas e a conscientização das equipes em campo. Atuará diretamente no acompanhamento das operações, inspeções preventivas e orientação dos colaboradores, contribuindo para um ambiente de trabalho seguro e em conformidade com a legislação vigente.

Vaga extensiva a Pessoas com Deficiência (PCD).

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Realizar inspeções periódicas de segurança nas frentes de trabalho, instalações e atividades operacionais.

• Identificar riscos ocupacionais e propor ações corretivas e preventivas.

• Fiscalizar o uso adequado de EPIs e orientar colaboradores quanto às práticas seguras de trabalho.

• Ministrar treinamentos, DDS e orientações de segurança para equipes próprias e terceiras.

• Acompanhar a implementação e o cumprimento de normas regulamentadoras e procedimentos internos.

• Apoiar a elaboração, controle e atualização de documentos legais e registros de segurança.

• Investigar incidentes, desvios e acidentes, contribuindo para análise de causa e plano de ação.

• Apoiar a gestão de indicadores de segurança, relatórios e controles administrativos da área.

• Atuar em conjunto com lideranças operacionais para fortalecimento da cultura de prevenção.

• Acompanhar atividades de campo, com atenção especial a operações com máquinas, equipamentos, deslocamentos e condições ambientais.

• Apoiar processos de integração de novos colaboradores e terceiros em temas de segurança do trabalho.

• Zelar pela conformidade legal e pelo cumprimento das diretrizes corporativas de SSMA.
