RESPONSABILIDADES DA FUNÇÃO

  • Realizar compras de material de escritório;
  • Acompanhar serviços de TI, comunicação e impressão;
  • Gerir e acompanhar Seguros em geral (com exceção seguro vida de funcionários);
  • Gerir a manutenção do escritório;
  • Gerir a acompanhar processos de multas de Trânsito com veículos da empresa;
  • Promover e acompanhar treinamentos de funcionários, gerindo e organizando os treinamentos;
  • Promover e organizar eventos de confraternização e datas comemorativas;
  • Garantir a manutenção das certificações da qualidade (ISO, entre outras);
  • Interagir com Diretoria e Gerências visando alcançar objetivos traçados pela empresa;
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre as ferramentas de gestão (qualidade, planejamento estratégico, orçamento e demais);
  • Receber correspondências, direcionando-as aos destinatários e às pessoas responsáveis pelo retorno da comunicação;
  • Receber telefonemas para o número geral da empresa, direcionando a comunicação para as pessoas responsáveis pelo retorno da comunicação;
  • Cumprir e fazer com que a equipe cumpra as normas e procedimentos inerentes ao exercício de suas funções e legislação vigente;
  • Monitorar a telemetria dos veículos próprios e locados pela empresa, e informar sobre eventuais desvios, assim como notificar os responsáveis;
