Du möchtest im Accounting mehr als operative Buchhaltung – nämlich Strukturen aufbauen, Prozesse verbessern und Verantwortung übernehmen?

Bei uns verantwortest du unsere Finanzprozesse und entwickelst sie im Hinblick auf Wachstum, Transparenz und Verlässlichkeit weiter.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Buchhalter / Accountant (m/w/d) in Teilzeit in Paderborn.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Verantwortung für die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Bank, Sachkonten)
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Sicherstellung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie des Mahnwesens
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatung und Finanzbehörden
  • Mitarbeit in der Fakturierung und deren Weiterentwicklung
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten, z.B. bei der Einführung eines neuen ERP-Systems

Bist du bereit?

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise im produzierenden Mittelstand
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der eigenständigen Buchhaltung sowie Mitwirkung an Abschlüssen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (SAP von Vorteil) sowie DATEV
  • Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Mitarbeit an Projekten
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellte:r oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in unterschiedlichen Unternehmensstrukturen (z. B. Start-up und etablierte Unternehmen)
  • Proaktive, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise im Umgang mit wechselnden Anforderungen in einem wachsenden Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2), Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
