Bei uns lernst du Schritt für Schritt, wie moderne Roboteranlagen entstehen – vom Aufbau in unserer Werkstatt bis zur Inbetriebnahme beim Kunden.

Du arbeitest von Anfang an mit erfahrenen Kollegen zusammen und entwickelst dich kontinuierlich weiter.

Keine Schichtarbeit. Keine Serienfertigung. Sondermaschinenbau statt Fließband.

Standort: Paderborn

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit (40 Std.)

Start: Ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Erfahrung: Berufseinsteiger oder erste Berufserfahrung willkommen

Schwerpunkt: Robotik, Automatisierung & Anlagenbau

Reisetätigkeit: Ca. 50 % in Deutschland und Europa

Entwicklung: Intensive Einarbeitung und langfristige Perspektive in der Robotik

Deine Aufgaben

Das erwartet dich

Du unterstützt unser Factory & Field Operations Team beim Aufbau moderner Robotik- und Automatisierungslösungen.

Dabei lernst du unter anderem:

  • Robotersysteme mechanisch und elektrisch aufzubauen
  • Schaltschränke zu verdrahten
  • Komponenten nach Stromlaufplänen anzuschließen
  • I/O-Checks durchzuführen
  • elektrische Sicherheitsprüfungen zu begleiten
  • Anlagen gemeinsam mit unseren Robotics Software Engineers in Betrieb zu nehmen
  • Robotersysteme beim Kunden aufzubauen und produktionsbereit zu übergeben

Jede Anlage ist anders – dadurch lernst du kontinuierlich neue Technologien und Anwendungen kennen.

Bist du bereit?

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker, Elektroniker oder Mechatroniker (m/w/d)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil
  • Interesse an Robotik und Automatisierung
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 50 %)

Das ist ein Plus

  • Erfahrung im Schaltschrankbau
  • Erfahrung im Lesen von Stromlaufplänen (z. B. EPLAN)
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit SPS oder Automatisierungstechnik
