The posting

Au sein du service Export de la marque Undiz, et rattaché·e à la Cheffe de Zone Export et à la Directrice Export, votre mission s'articulera à la coordination des opérations export et à la gestion des relations avec les 15 partenaires franchisés internationaux (Emirats Arabes Unis, Arabie Saoudite, Egypte, Ile Maurice, Polynésie Française, etc).

Vos différentes missions :

- Préparation des conventions partenaires biannuelles

Coordination globale des conventions organisées pour accueillir nos partenaires export en présentiel : définition du concept, envoi des invitations, préparation du showroom, coordination du planning et des temps forts.

- Préparation des Présentations de collections export

Élaboration des présentations de collection trimestrielles à destination des partenaires export et construction des bons de commande associés.

- Analyse de performance & reporting

Suivi des résultats des points de vente et des reportings partenaires pour identifier les leviers d’optimisation des performances retail.

- Préparation des comités export mensuels

Compilation des données, mise en forme des présentations et coordination des éléments à partager avec les équipes internes et les partenaires.

- Appui à la stratégie export & suivi des ouvertures

Contribution à la réflexion stratégique sur les zones export prioritaires et suivi du rétroplanning des ouvertures de nouveaux points de vente.

- Veille concurrentielle & benchmark

Réalisation de benchmarks sur les marchés internationaux et suivi des temps forts commerciaux (Ramadan, Back to School, Saint-Valentin…) pour alimenter la veille concurrentielle et ajuster les stratégies export.

- Support administratif & communication partenaires

Rédaction de comptes rendus, mise en forme de données Excel, compilation de documents et envoi des supports de communication hebdomadaires aux partenaires.

Profil

Vous souhaitez rejoindre une marque fraîche et gourmande, qui allie impertinence, savoir faire et créativité.

Issu.e d’une formation supérieure Bac+4/5 (école de commerce ou université), vous justifiez d’une première expérience en entreprise.

Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour le retail, la mode et l’international.

Autonome et rigoureux.se, vous faites preuve de curiosité et d’un excellent sens du détail.

Vous avez un excellent relationnel et savez communiquer avec aisance auprès d’interlocuteurs variés.

Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques, notamment Excel et PowerPoint.

Un anglais courant, à l’écrit comme à l’oral, est indispensable pour ce poste.

Stage à pourvoir début Janvier 2027 pour une durée de 6 mois.
