In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies, focusing on paid search and social media campaigns. Your primary goal will be to optimize PPC campaigns to maximize lead generation, conversions, and overall return on investment (ROI).

As a Senior Performance Marketer, you will manage high-budget PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn, continually optimizing them for performance. You will play a critical role in scaling our paid media efforts and directly contribute to UniAthena’s growth in the competitive EdTech market.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of PPC strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Design and implement campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant paid media platforms.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns, ensuring high performance in terms of impressions, clicks, and conversions.
  • Manage and monitor daily budgets, adjust bidding strategies, and optimize ad placements to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance data (impressions, CTR, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS), making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve performance and conversion rates.
  • Use audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to maximize campaign efficiency.
  • Efficiently manage and allocate PPC budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and aligned with company goals.
  • Track CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), and ROAS to continuously improve overall campaign performance.
  • Work closely with content, creative, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC campaigns with business objectives, focusing on driving student enrollments and program sign-ups.
  • Stay up-to-date with PPC trends, tools, and best practices, continuously refining campaign strategies to take advantage of new opportunities.
  • Identify emerging platforms and tools that could improve PPC performance.
  • Provide regular reports on PPC campaign performance to senior management, including actionable insights for further optimization.
  • Use dashboards and advanced reporting tools to track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure all PPC campaigns comply with industry standards, privacy regulations, and platform-specific policies.
  • Stay informed on EdTech trends, ensuring that PPC campaigns address evolving student needs and behaviors.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in managing PPC channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn) and optimizing for ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience managing large advertising budgets and delivering on financial and performance goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive successful lead generation and conversion rate optimization through PPC.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring and managing junior team members.
  • Up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
