Suas responsabilidades seriam:

  • Realizar o contato de boas-vindas com os cooperados após a ativação do plano, apresentando os benefícios contratados, esclarecendo dúvidas e garantindo uma experiência positiva desde o início da jornada;
  • Manter relacionamento ativo com a base de cooperados, promovendo contatos periódicos para acompanhamento, fortalecimento do vínculo e identificação de oportunidades de apoio;
  • Atuar na atualização e manutenção dos dados cadastrais, assegurando a qualidade e a confiabilidade das informações registradas nos sistemas internos;
  • Apoiar campanhas institucionais e comerciais da cooperativa, realizando contatos com cooperados de acordo com as estratégias definidas pela liderança;
  • Incentivar e acompanhar a participação dos cooperados nos programas de indicação, registrando oportunidades e realizando os encaminhamentos necessários;
  • Acompanhar a jornada pós-venda, garantindo que o cooperado compreenda corretamente os serviços contratados e aproveite os benefícios disponíveis, contribuindo para sua satisfação e permanência;
  • Auxiliar nas ações de retenção, realizando o primeiro atendimento a cooperados que manifestem intenção de cancelamento, buscando compreender suas necessidades, apresentar alternativas e direcionar os casos quando necessário;
  • Monitorar cooperados ativos e inativos, desenvolvendo ações de reaproximação, atualização de informações e fortalecimento do relacionamento.

Os requisitos para conquistar a oportunidade são:

  • Ensino superior cursando em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente, relacionamento, pós-venda ou áreas afins;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Facilidade para realizar atendimentos e contatos ativos por telefone, WhatsApp e demais canais digitais.

E será um grade diferencial se você tiver:

  • Vivência no segmento de seguro, cooperativismo ou serviços financeiros;
  • Familiaridade com sistemas de CRM.
