PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Desenvolver gastronomicamente uma carteira estratégica de redes em São Paulo e, promovendo expansão de mix, volume e aplicação do portfólio.
  • Também atuar em redes nacionais com focos em treinamentos em distribuidores e time comercial.
  • Atuar como consultor gastronômico da operação, conectando técnica culinária, eficiência operacional e rentabilidade.
  • Liderar treinamentos técnicos do portfólio para equipes internas, distribuidores e clientes operadores.
  • Atuar de forma integrada com Key Accounts, vendas, marketing e trade, garantindo coerência entre estratégia e execução.
  • Representar a empresa em eventos, feiras e ativações gastronômicas, fortalecendo relacionamento e posicionamento técnico.
  • Contribuir para a gestão estratégica da carteira, acompanhando indicadores como sell-in, sell-out, grab e conversão de SKUs.
  • Desenvolver, testar e executar receitas, fichas técnicas e menus com foco em custo, rendimento, CMV e aplicação real na operação.
  • Analisar desempenho de operadores por meio de BI, Excel e rankings, identificando oportunidades de desenvolvimento.
  • Realizar testes práticos nas cozinhas e estruturas produtivas (redes, HMR, CPU) para garantir performance dos produtos.
  • Planejar e executar eventos e projetos gastronômicos (ex.: New Ideas/Killer demos/Ideation), impulsionando aumento de cesta e soluções de portfólio.
  • Executar rotas de prospecção e acompanhamento operacional, com ou sem Key Account, antecipando demandas e oportunidades.
  • Apoiar a criação de conteúdo técnico e digital (democookings, aulas, lives, materiais técnicos e treinamentos online).
  • Trabalhar em sinergias com outras áreas da companhia como Vendas, marketing, trade e geração de demanda.

EXPERIÊNCIAS E QUALIFICAÇÕES NECESSÁRIAS

  • Superior em Gastronomia (Engenharia de Alimentos ou Nutrição com pós em Gastronomia)
  • Experiência em operação de cozinha (restaurante, catering, eventos)
  • Forte afinidade e paixão por cozinhar, com experiência prática como chef;
  • Perfil consultivo, com capacidade de influenciar decisões e gerar valor para o cliente;
  • Visão de negócios e habilidade para identificar e desenvolver oportunidades;
  • Capacidade analítica para gestão de carteira de clientes e tomada de decisão baseada em dados;
  • CNH B definitiva;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar no Rio de Janeiro/RJ.

EXPERIÊNCIAS E QUALIFICAÇÕES DESEJÁVEIS

  • Experiência em consultorias de restaurantes e negócios de alimentação são um diferencial;
  • Experiência com atendimento a redes, food service ou produção em escala será um diferencial;
