En Helados Holanda, tenemos la misión de construir la compañía independiente definitiva en la categoría de snacks. A medida que continuamos fortaleciendo nuestras capacidades operativas, buscamos un Payroll SME dedicado para liderar y gestionar nuestras operaciones de nómina de personal operativo (blue-collar) de extremo a extremo en México. En este rol de alto impacto, serás responsable de garantizar el procesamiento preciso, oportuno y en cumplimiento de la nómina semanal y catorcenal para los miembros de nuestros equipos de planta de manufactura y logística. Responsabilidades clave:

  • Supervisar y ejecutar los ciclos de nómina semanales y catorcenales de extremo a extremo para todo el personal operativo en las operaciones de planta y distribución.
  • Fungir como Experto en la Materia (SME) en leyes laborales mexicanas, contratos colectivos de trabajo (CCT), cálculo de horas extras, control de asistencia y obligaciones fiscales/estatutarias (IMSS, Infonavit, FNT, ISR).
  • Revisar y validar incidencias de tiempo y asistencia, diferenciales de turno, bonos y deducciones de prestaciones para asegurar un 100% de precisión en los cálculos de Percepciones a Netos (Gross-to-Net / GTN).
  • Colaborar estrechamente con RH de Planta, Operaciones, Finanzas y proveedores externos para optimizar la generación de insumos, reportes de auditoría y procesos de fondeo.
  • Realizar revisiones aleatorias (spot checks) semanales y catorcenales, auditar reportes y preparar la documentación de cierre de nómina para la liberación de fondos por parte de Finanzas y Tesorería.
  • Liderar pruebas de sistemas de nómina, corridas paralelas e iniciativas de mejora continua adaptadas a las necesidades operativas y del personal de primera línea.
  • Atender consultas de los empleados con alta precisión, rapidez y empatía respecto a recibos de pago, deducciones legales y ajustes de nómina.

Habilidades y Experiencia

  • Amplia experiencia en la gestión operativa de nómina de alto volumen (ciclos semanales y catorcenales) para poblaciones operativas en entornos de manufactura o bienes de consumo masivo (FMCG).
  • Profundo conocimiento de la regulación laboral mexicana, cumplimiento IMSS/Infonavit, aspectos clave de relaciones sindicales/contratos colectivos y sistemas de control de tiempo y asistencia.
  • Dominio técnico de software de nómina (Workday, SAP o plataformas similares) y procesos de auditoría Gross-to-Net.
  • Inglés profesional y español fluido.
