Horário: 12x36 (10:00 as 22:00)

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio Completo com Curso Técnico de Enfermagem;
  • Informática;
  • Pacote Office;
  • Registro no Conselho Ativo em SC;
  • Desejável experiência em instrumentação, recuperação pós anestésica, preparo do paciente cirúrgico.

Missão do Cargo:

Prestar cuidados de enfermagem com excelência e humanização, contribuindo para o bem-estar dos pacientes, monitorando sua evolução clínica e garantindo a segurança durante todo o processo de cuidado, em colaboração com a equipe de saúde

Principais Atividades:

Atividades Gerais

1. Monitorar sinais vitais (pressão arterial, temperatura, frequência cardíaca e respiratória, saturação de oxigênio, entre outros)

2. Administrar medicamentos conforme prescrição e realizar cuidados básicos de enfermagem, como curativos e manejo de drenos e sondas

3. Auxiliar na higiene, conforto e mobilização dos pacientes

4. Observar, registrar e comunicar alterações no estado clínico

5. Coletar materiais para exames laboratoriais

6. Auxiliar no transporte de pacientes para exames, procedimentos, transferências e alta

7. Manter leitos, materiais e equipamentos organizados e em condições adequadas de uso

8. Cumprir protocolos institucionais, especialmente os relacionados à prevenção de infecções e uso de EPIs

9. Executar atividades conforme escala do setor e zelar pela limpeza e organização da unidade

10. Auxiliar na preparação de materiais para exames, procedimentos e cirurgias

11. Prestar cuidados conforme o planejamento do processo de enfermagem definido pelo enfermeiro

12. Garantir a correta identificação do paciente e seguir protocolos institucionais 13. Monitorar e registrar eventos adversos, adotando medidas para mitigação de riscos

14. Orientar pacientes e familiares sobre cuidados durante a internação e após a alta

Atividades Específicas – Assistência à gestante, puérpera e recém-nascido

1. Acompanhar o estado clínico da gestante, identificando possíveis complicações

2. Observar sinais de alterações no pós-parto, como sangramentos ou hipotensão

3. Apoiar e orientar no processo de amamentação

4. Monitorar sinais vitais do recém-nascido e observar possíveis intercorrências

5. Orientar familiares sobre cuidados com o bebê, higiene e prevenção de infecções

6. Garantir a correta identificação de gestantes, puérperas e recém-nascidos

7. Oferecer orientações sobre cuidados pós-parto, vínculo com o bebê e prevenção de complicações

8. Atentar para sinais de alterações emocionais ou depressão pós-parto, comunicando à equipe quando necessário

9. Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
