Departamento: Gestão de Custos Assistenciais

Requisitos:

Missão do cargo:

Executar a autorização dos usuários Unimed. Prestar auxílio na análise e autorização de guias com qualidade e rapidez, cumprindo os prazos previstos pelo departamento e liberando as guias ao cliente após análise.

Principais Atividades:

1. Dar seguimento na análise do processo de autorização (cadastro, agendamento de perícia, controle de documentos, contato com clientes/prestadores/Unimeds, encaminhamento aos grupos, finalização)

2. Encaminhar e-mails de autorização de materiais para os fornecedores

3. Realizar atendimento ao telefone quando necessário

4. Analisar o Manual de Intercâmbio e Rol da ANS para efetuar as liberações

5. Realizar contato telefônico com Unimed's e prestadores para aplicar as regras do Manual de Intercâmbio, cobrança dos prazos determinados pela Unimed do Brasil

6. Solicitar antecipação de senha para o cliente que realizará fora da área de ação (intercâmbio)

7. Cadastrar/Duplicar guia quando necessário correção

8. Solicitar informações ao médico solicitante através de e-mail, WhatsApp e telefone (Justificativa/ RQ/ Junta Médica

9. Atender e orientar o prestador relacionado as autorizações nas Unidades Hospitalares quando necessário

10. Controlar TGs referentes aos processos (abertura, monitoramento e finalização)

11. Monitorar e-mails referente aos processos

12. Controlar e realizar cobranças diárias dos grupos de auditoria

13. Atualizar sobre os conhecimentos referente às regras e normativas

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior
