Horário: 12h40 as 21h40 de segunda a sexta-feira e 4h no sábado

Local: Hospital Unimed Litoral de Itajaí

Departamento: CDU Ressonância - HU ITJ

Requisitos:

Missão:

Acompanhar o cliente desde a sua chegada no setor, auxiliando na acomodação e ao médico para a realização do exame, prestando um serviço de qualidade e excelência.

Principais Atividades:

1. Verificar a sala de exames certificando-se que está com equipamento pertinente ao exame, telefone, maca, gel, aquecedor de gel, compressa, mesa, cadeira, computador, papel e caneta;

2. Recepcionar os clientes na recepção, e realizar a conferência de 02 marcadores de identificação segura (Nome completo e data de nascimento). Se necessário, confirmar nome da mãe;

3. Verificar conformidade das guias de exame solicitado, autorizado e agendado;

4. Checar o preparo com o paciente, quando indicado;

5. Conduzir o paciente até a sala de exames;

6. Orientar o paciente a colocar os pertences no pendurador da sala de exames;

7. Orientar o paciente sobre a condução do exame a ser realizado;

8. Orientar o paciente quanto a troca de roupas e posicionamento na maca;

9. Acompanhar o paciente durante a execução do exame, preservando a intimidade do mesmo;

10. Questionar ao término do exame, se o paciente possui outro exame a ser realizado. Encaminhando ao destino quando necessário;

11. Retirar o probe, realizar pré-desinfecção com produto específico e colocar no Antigermix para realizar desinfecção de alto nível. Ao finalizar o processo, acoplar novamente o probe no aparelho de USG;

12. Manter organização dos instrumentos de trabalho (GE);

13. Digitalizar documentos para inclusão no Sistema RIS e TASY (GED);

14. Arquivar documentos e protocolar as caixas para armazenamento em empresa externa;

15. Organizar, imprimir e envelopar os exames de imagem;

16. Protocolar os exames para os núcleos e internados;

17. Levar os exames dos pacientes internados para os andares;

18. Protocolar guias para faturamento dentro de prazo máximo de 48h após a execução do exame 19. Fazer fotos e imagens em CD's dos exames sempre que necessário;

20. Registrar no sistema a antecipação de laudo ou qualquer informação pertinente;

21. Realizar contato (via telefone, e-mail ou presencial) com o paciente sempre que necessário para repassar informações pertinentes ao mesmo;

22. Auxiliar e/ou orientar os médicos radiologistas, quanto aos sistemas Tasy, RIS e Universal Viewer e seus fluxos;

23. Realizar contato com o médico radiologista (via telefone, e-mail ou presencial) para repassar informações pertinentes a gestão do mesmo;

24. Realizar o descarte dos exames com mais de 03 meses de guarda;

25. Registrar passagem de plantão (JIRA) as informações da rotina do dia de trabalho;

26. Auxiliar na elaboração de documentos administrativos e levantamento de informações sempre que necessário ou solicitado pela Coordenação ou liderança imediata;

27. Cobrir férias dos colaboradores da equipe da Central de laudos, quando necessário;

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
