Vill du kombinera analytisk skärpa med verklig påverkan på ett av Sveriges snabbast växande bolag inom detaljhandeln? Nu söker vi en Senior Business Controller som vill vara med och driva Dollarstores fortsatta expansion – med siffrorna som kompass.

Om rollen

Vill du ha en roll där dina siffror faktiskt påverkar besluten? Som Senior Business Controller har du en nyckelroll i bolagets månads- och kvartalsrapportering till ledningen och till vår ägare Tokmanni Group. Du tar fram underlagen som ger ledningen en tydlig bild av hur det går. Du säkerställer att siffrorna är rätt och levereras i tid, förklarar vad som ligger bakom dem och pekar ut var vi behöver agera.

Du arbetar nära Head of Business Control, VP Finance och ledningen och är med där besluten tas. Rollen passar dig som vill ta ansvar, som trivs lika bra med detaljerna som med helheten och som vill se din analys göra skillnad på riktigt.

Du kommer bland annat att;

  • Ansvara för månads- och kvartalsrapporteringen till ledningen och Tokmanni Group
  • Analysera månadsresultatet och förklara avvikelser mot budget och forecast
  • Driva budget- och prognosarbetet och bidra till bolagets treåriga finansiella plan
  • Du blir en viktig affärspartner till verksamheten och stöttar chefer i att fatta välgrundade beslut
  • Ta fram och kvalitetssäkra investeringsanalyser och business cases, bland annat för nya butiker, och följa upp utfallet efter öppning
  • Vara superuser för Mercur och IFS och driva utvecklingen av system och arbetssätt inom Business Control
  • Du ingår i ett sammansvetsat team med fyra Business Controllers, lett av vår Head of Business Control.

Vi tror att du har;

  • Mycket stark analytisk förmåga och god förståelse för resultat-, balans- och kassaflöde
  • Erfarenhet av att självständigt driva komplexa analyser och finansiella processer
  • Stark affärsförståelse och förmåga att växla mellan detalj och helhet
  • Vana att kommunicera finansiella slutsatser till seniora beslutsfattare
  • Hög integritet, kvalitetsmedvetenhet och eget driv

Meriterande om du har;

· Tidigare erfarenhet och kunskap i Power BI

· Erfarenhet och kunskaper inom redovisning

· Erfarenhet utav analys av lager

· Erfarenhet från retail
