Ben jij een klantgericht persoon die energie haalt uit persoonlijk contact, administratie én het vinden van oplossingen? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien wel jouw volgende stap.

Voor een internationale speler gelegen in Tessenderlo die zich toespitst op de farmaceutische logistiek zoeken we een Customer Service Officer die wil bijdragen aan een uitstekende dienstverlening binnen de gezondheidszorg.

Als Customer Service Officer ben jij het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt voor nationale en internationale klanten en partners. Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit en zorgt ervoor dat klanten steeds kunnen rekenen op een professionele, persoonlijke en kwaliteitsvolle service.

Je takenpakket is afwisselend en uitdagend:

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen, retourzendingen en transportaanvragen volgens GDP-richtlijnen
  • Klanten ondersteunen met oplossingen op maat en zorgen voor een optimale klantenervaring
  • Professioneel behandelen en opvolgen van klachten
  • Beheer van klantvoorraden en nauwkeurige opvolging van de stock
  • Correct verwerken van facturen en creditnota's
  • Meedenken over optimalisaties van processen en dienstverlening
  • Samenwerken met collega's, klanten en verschillende interne afdelingen om alles vlot te laten verlopen

Je maakt deel uit van een hecht customer service team en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Customer Service Lead.

Wie ben jij? Je bent iemand die klanttevredenheid vooropstelt en graag het verschil maakt. Je houdt van structuur, behoudt het overzicht en voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving waar samenwerking belangrijk is.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen customer service, customer support of een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je combineert een commerciële feeling met een oplossingsgerichte mindset
  • Je neemt initiatief en ziet actief kansen om processen te verbeteren
  • Je behoudt je kalmte wanneer het druk wordt
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor-denkniveau
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een mooie troef
  • Microsoft Office, en vooral Excel en Word, zijn jou niet vreemdJe communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je goed uit de slag trekken in het Engels
  • Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
