Voor een bedrijf in Beringen zoeken we een Business Controller die finance en IT met elkaar weet te verbinden. In deze veelzijdige functie krijg je de kans om financiële analyses te maken, rapportages te optimaliseren en actief mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei en efficiëntie van de organisatie.

Je maakt deel uit van het managementteam en krijgt een belangrijke rol in het ondersteunen van strategische en operationele beslissingen.

Jouw takenpakket

Als Business Controller combineer je financiële kennis met sterke IT- en analytische vaardigheden. Je brengt cijfers en processen in kaart, detecteert verbeterpunten en werkt actief aan efficiëntere oplossingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Analyseren van financiële gegevens en bedrijfsresultaten.
  • Opvolgen en analyseren van de margeontwikkeling.
  • Uitwerken en optimaliseren van rapportages via Power BI.
  • Ontwikkelen en automatiseren van financiële rapportages en aangiftes.
  • Automatiseren en digitaliseren van administratieve processen.
  • Analyseren van bestaande werkprocessen en voorstellen uitwerken om deze efficiënter te maken.
  • Bedenken en implementeren van nieuwe processen en verbetertrajecten.
  • Kritisch evalueren van cijfers, resultaten en interne workflows.
  • Ondersteunen van het managementteam met financiële inzichten en analyses.
  • Meedenken over de verdere optimalisatie en digitalisering van de organisatie.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we een analytische en ondernemende professional die financiële kennis combineert met een sterke affiniteit voor IT en automatisering.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een financiële, economische of bedrijfskundige richting, of je hebt gelijkwaardige kennis opgebouwd door relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van finance en financiële processen.
  • Je beschikt over sterke IT-vaardigheden en hebt interesse in digitalisering en automatisering.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Excel.
  • Ervaring met Power BI en het opmaken van rapportages is een belangrijke troef.
  • Je kan financiële gegevens analyseren en vertalen naar duidelijke inzichten.
  • Je denkt kritisch en stelt bestaande processen in vraag.
  • Je bent sterk in het bedenken en uitwerken van efficiëntere werkmethodes.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en resultaatgericht.
  • Je neemt initiatief en durft verbeteringen voor te stellen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en kan jouw analyses en voorstellen duidelijk overbrengen.
