Ben jij een administratieve duizendpoot met een passie voor klantenservice? Werk je graag nauwkeurig, hou je van klantencontact en blink je uit in orderverwerking, administratie en Excel? Dan is deze uitdagende functie iets voor jou!

Voor een internationale onderneming actief binnen de B2B-distributie- en retailsector zoeken we een Customer Service Medewerker / Administratief Medewerker die klanten professioneel ondersteunt en administratieve processen vlot laat verlopen.

Jouw functie

Als Customer Service Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon, e-mail en onthaal. Je zorgt voor een uitstekende dienstverlening en volgt klantendossiers administratief nauwkeurig op.

Jouw taken

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van klantenorders
  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen en bieden van passende oplossingen
  • Beheren van klachten, retouraanvragen en aftersales
  • Ondersteunen van offertes, facturatie en commerciële administratie
  • Opvolgen van klantendossiers van A tot Z
  • Correct beheren van klantgegevens en administratieve documenten
  • Uitvoeren van Excel-analyses, rapporteringen en datacontroles
  • Vergelijken en verwerken van gegevens uit verschillende databronnen

Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring in een functie als Customer Service Medewerker, Sales Support Medewerker, Administratief Bediende of Internal Sales Medewerker
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands
  • Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van Frans en Engels
  • Sterke kennis van Microsoft Excel (must-have)
  • Ervaring met rapporteringen, analyses en grote databestanden
  • Klantgericht, communicatief en administratief sterk
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband sterk
