Unique Office Waregem zoekt een Marketing Officer voor een bedrijf in Waregem.

Wil je mee het verhaal schrijven van een groeiend IT-bedrijf waar vrijheid, vertrouwen en ondernemerschap centraal staan?

Als Marketing Officer ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de marketing- en communicatieactiviteiten. Je krijgt de ruimte om je ideeën uit te werken, campagnes op te zetten en écht impact te maken op onze zichtbaarheid en groei.

Jouw uitdaging

  • Geen dag is dezelfde. Je combineert strategie met creativiteit en zorgt ervoor dat de boodschap de juiste doelgroep bereikt.
  • Je ontwikkelt en beheert het jaarlijkse marketing- en contentplan, afgestemd op de commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Je zet marketingcampagnes op van A tot Z en coördineert de uitvoering.
  • Je creëert aantrekkelijke content voor sociale media, nieuwsbrieven, blogs en andere communicatiekanalen.
  • Je beheert en optimaliseert de website en socialemediakanalen.
  • Je bewaakt de huisstijl en zorgt voor een consistente merkuitstraling.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, het salesteam en externe marketingpartners.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen, nieuwe ideeën en opportuniteiten.
  • Je volgt leads op en zorgt voor een vlotte doorstroming naar het salesteam.

Wie ben jij?

Jij bent iemand die energie krijgt van creatieve projecten, graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zelfstandig werkt.

Daarnaast:

  • Beschik je over een bacheloropleiding.
  • Heb je ervaring binnen marketing, communicatie of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Schrijf en communiceer je vlot en overtuigend.
  • Combineer je creativiteit met een gestructureerde aanpak.
  • Heb je feeling voor social media, digitale marketing en contentcreatie.
  • Werk je graag samen, maar trek je ook zelfstandig je plan.
  • Durf je bestaande werkwijzen kritisch in vraag te stellen en nieuwe ideeën aan te brengen.
  • Ben je leergierig, flexibel en resultaatgericht.
  • Hou je ervan om projecten van idee tot eindresultaat succesvol af te werken
