AUFGABEN

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zwei Disponenten (m/w/d) für unterschiedliche Schwerpunkte innerhalb der Pharmalogistik:

  • Disponent (m/w/d) Nationale & Internationale Verkehre
  • Disponent (m/w/d) Nahverkehr & Stückgut

Als Disponent im Allgemeinen (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine verantwortungsvolle Rolle in der Pharmalogistik. Sie organisieren nicht einfach Transporte, sondern tragen dazu bei, dass Medikamente und medizinische Produkte zuverlässig und termingerecht dort ankommen, wo sie benötigt werden. Je nach Erfahrung und Interesse übernehmen Sie Ihren Schwerpunkt in einem der folgenden Bereiche:

Allgemeine

  • Planung, Organisation und Überwachung von Transportaufträgen
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten und wirtschaftlichen Transportabwicklung
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Fahrern, Frachtführern und Netzwerkpartnern
  • Bearbeitung von Transportabweichungen und Reklamationen
  • Überwachung von Qualitäts- und Serviceanforderungen
  • Pflege transportrelevanter Daten im Transportmanagementsystem
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung von Dispositions- und Transportprozessen

Schwerpunkt Nationale & Internationale

  • Disposition und Steuerung nationaler und internationaler Transporte
  • Organisation von Luft-, See- und Straßentransporten
  • Koordination von internationalen Partnern und Dienstleistern
  • Unterstützung bei Import-, Export- und Zollprozessen
  • Überwachung komplexer Transportketten und Sendungsverläufe
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung kundenindividueller Transportlösungen

Schwerpunkt Nahverkehr & Stückgut

  • Planung und Steuerung des täglichen Nahverkehrs
  • Tourenplanung für Abhol- und Zustellverkehre
  • Disposition von Fahrern, Fahrzeugen und Unternehmern
  • Überwachung von Laufzeiten und Zustellterminen

Steuerung des Stückgutgeschäfts innerhalb des Netzwerkes

PROFIL

Allgemein:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistik, beispielsweise als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Transportdisposition oder Logistik
  • Organisationsgeschick und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Freude daran, Prozesse zu verbessern und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Verständnis für internationale Transport- und Logistikprozesse

Zusätzlich für den Schwerpunkt Nationale & Internationale

  • Berufserfahrung in der Transportdisposition, idealerweise im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Luftfracht, Seefracht oder Zollabwicklung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Pharmalogistik oder temperaturgeführter Transporte ist wünschenswert
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Zusätzlich für den Schwerpunkt Nahverkehr & Stückgut

  • Berufserfahrung in der Transport-, Nahverkehrs- oder Stückgutdisposition
  • Erfahrung in der Tourenplanung und Transportsteuerung
  • Erfahrung mit Stückgutnetzwerken, Depotverkehren sowie temperaturgeführten Transporten von Vorteil
