AUFGABEN

  • Konfiguration, Installation und Wartung von Hardware und Softwarekomponenten, einschließlich Betriebssysteme, Datenbanken, Netzwerke und Anwendungen
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und Gruppenrichtlinien in Active Directory oder vergleichbaren Verzeichnis- und Verwaltungsdiensten
  • Implementierung, Kontrolle und Wartung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen wie Firewalls, Virenschutz, Verschlüsselung und Zugriffskontrollen
  • Behebung von technischen Problemen durch Fehleranalyse, Diagnose und schnelle Lösung von Hardware-, Software- und Netzwerkproblemen
  • Informationstechnische Hardware vorbereiten und in Betrieb nehmen, Betriebssysteme, Software, Übertragungsmedien, Schnittstellen und Serverdienste installieren und konfigurieren
  • Dokumentation von Systemänderungen, Problemlösungen und Wartungsarbeiten zur Nachverfolgung und Verbesserung der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Primärer Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter in Bezug auf Supportanfragen, mit Verantwortung für die Pflege des Ticketsystems.

PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Netzwerktechnik, insbesondere in den Bereichen LAN, WLAN, VLAN und grundlegende Netzwerkdienste
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows und Windows Server, sowie idealerweise Erfahrungen mit der Virtualisierungstechnologie Hyper-V
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich IT-Sicherheit, beispielsweise Firewalls und Zugriffskontrollen
  • Freude an der Lösung technischer Probleme und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein freundlicher Umgang mit Kollegen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen IT-Team
  • Interesse an neuen Technologien und Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrungen mit Microsoft-Produkten und Backup-Lösungen wie Veeam sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
