Mit unserem Identity & Access Management (IAM) und unserer modularen Open-Source-Lösung Nubus schaffen wir flexible, interoperable und souveräne IT-Infrastrukturen, die den Anforderungen moderner Verwaltungen und Bildungslandschaften gerecht werden.

  • Projekte mit Wirkung leiten: Du verantwortest komplexe Multi-Partner-Projekte – von der Planung über die Steuerung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss – und sorgst für wirtschaftliche wie inhaltliche Zielerreichung
  • Komplexität meistern: Du behältst den Überblick, wenn viele Fäden zusammenlaufen, und schaffst Strukturen, die Orientierung und Verlässlichkeit geben
  • Ziele gestalten: Du entwickelst realistische, tragfähige Projektziele und stimmst sie souverän mit allen internen und externen Stakeholdern ab
  • Herausforderungen vorausdenken: Du erkennst Risiken frühzeitig, steuerst aktiv gegen und findest pragmatische Lösungen, bevor Probleme entstehen
  • Neues aufbauen: Du begleitest Projekte von der ersten Idee über den Kundenkontakt bis zur Teamzusammenstellung und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Start
  • Vertrauen schaffen: Du machst den Business Value sichtbar, begeisterst Kunden für unsere Lösungen und entwickelst dich zum Trusted Advisor auf Augenhöhe

Was du mitbringst

  • Erfahrung & Verantwortung: Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer IT-Projekte – idealerweise mit mehreren Partnern und Stakeholdern – und übernimmst Verantwortung mit Weitblick
  • Technisches Verständnis: Du kennst dich in IT-Infrastrukturen aus, idealerweise mit Linux-Umgebungen und Identity & Access Management, und kannst technische Zusammenhänge sicher einordnen
  • Kommunikation und Kundenverständnis: Du verstehst die Perspektive deiner Kunden und steuerst Erwartungen klar und empathisch. Du sprichst Unsicherheiten offen an und schaffst Vertrauen durch transparente Kommunikation
  • Sprachkompetenz: Du bewegst dich souverän zwischen Kunden, Partnern und internen Teams – auf Deutsch verhandlungssicher (C2) und auf Englisch fließend (B2/C1)
  • Krisenmanagement: Du bleibst ruhig, wenn es eng wird, und findest Wege, Projekte sicher zurück auf Kurs zu bringen
  • Zusatzpunkte gibt’s für: Erfahrung im öffentlichen Sektor, Projektmanagement-Zertifizierungen (PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum Master), Open-Source-Affinität und Erfahrung mit remote arbeitenden Teams
