Mit unserem Identity & Access Management (IAM) und unserer modularen Open-Source-Lösung Nubus schaffen wir flexible, interoperable und souveräne IT-Infrastrukturen, die den Anforderungen moderner Verwaltungen und Bildungslandschaften gerecht werden.

  • Ein Team zum Erfolg führen: Du übernimmst die Führung eines unserer Professional-Services-Teams, das aktuell aus 10 Mitarbeitenden besteht, und entwickelst klare Ziele, Prioritäten und Strukturen – immer mit Blick auf messbare Ergebnisse
  • Frühzeitig handeln: Du erkennst Herausforderungen in Projekten oder im Team frühzeitig und entwickelst selbstständig pragmatische Lösungen
  • Projekte zum Erfolg führen: Du sorgst für zuverlässige, wirkungsstarke Projektergebnisse und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen
  • Menschen weiterentwickeln: Du coachst deine Teammitglieder, begleitest sie in ihrer persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung und hebst sie auf das nächste Level
  • Mitgestalten, nicht nur verwalten: Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung deines Teams, der gesamten Abteilung sowie von Univention als Organisation
  • Ein starkes Team aufbauen: Du schaffst ein Umfeld mit positivem Spirit, hoher Leistungsfähigkeit und echter Motivation
  • Abteilungsübergreifend wirken: Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Bereichen zusammen und stellst klare Kommunikation, reibungslose Prozesse und gemeinsame Zielorientierung sicher

Was du mitbringst

  • Erfahrung & Verantwortung: Mindestens 5–8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der Leitung von Teams und komplexen Multi-Stakeholder-Projekten
  • Teamführung & Entwicklung: Du führst Teams mit Klarheit, Empathie und Fokus auf Wachstum und Zusammenarbeit
  • Erfahrung in Multi-Stakeholder-Projekten: Du koordinierst Kunden, Partner und interne Teams souverän und hältst dabei alle Fäden zusammen
  • Krisenmanagement: Du behältst auch in echten Krisensituationen wichtiger Projekte einen kühlen Kopf und führst Teams wie Stakeholder sicher durch herausfordernde Situationen
  • Analytische Stärke & technische Neugier: Du denkst schnell, strukturiert und kannst dich in technisch hochkomplexe Themen einarbeiten

Nice to have

  • Technisches Know-how: Erfahrung mit IT-Infrastrukturen – idealerweise Linux-Umgebungen oder Identity & Access Management
  • Open-Source-Kompetenz: Du kennst die Arbeitsweise, Kultur und Kollaborationsformen der Open-Source-Welt und hast bereits aktiv in Projekten mitgewirkt
  • Remote-Führung: Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams, die überwiegend remote arbeiten
