En Universidad Siglo 21 nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un ANALISTA DE FORMACIÓN Y DESARROLLO, el objetivo del rol es relevar, ejecutar y dar soporte en la implementación de los programas de Formación (PAC), People & Performance y Desarrollo del Talento, colaborando en el diseño de propuestas, organización de actividades, el seguimiento de procesos y la actualización de registros e indicadores. Contribuir a la difusión y administración de las herramientas y políticas definidas, asegurando su aplicación en las distintas áreas de la universidad para favorecer el desarrollo de competencias y el fortalecimiento de los equipos.

Algunas de tus principales tareas serán:

  • Participar en el relevamiento de necesidades de formación y gestionar el plan anual y la oferta formativa interna, asegurando su implementación, seguimiento y evaluación.
  • Gestionar proveedores internos y externos del área, incluyendo coordinación de servicios, contratación, pagos y actualización de la base de consultores y partners.
  • Colaborar en la elaboración de políticas, procedimientos e instructivos, y en el seguimiento de iniciativas, indicadores y reportes de gestión para la mejora continua.
  • Gestionar la implementación del ciclo anual de desempeño, incluyendo cronogramas, comunicación, parametrización de la herramienta, indicadores e informes.
  • Participar en el diseño e implementación de programas de desarrollo orientados a la empleabilidad interna, liderazgo y retención del talento clave.
  • Dar soporte en el mapeo de talento y relevamiento de posiciones críticas de la Organización.

Requisitos

  • Graduado de carreras afín a RRHH.
  • Acreditar por lo menos 2 años de experiencia en Capacitación y/o Desempeño Organizacional o Gestión del Talento: Gestión integral del proceso.
  • Manejo de plataformas de e-learning y herramientas de gestión por competencias.
