Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Analista Sr de Compras, su misíon será garantizar una gestión estratégica y eficiente de los procesos de compras de la Universidad, liderando el abastecimiento de bienes y servicios, la negociación con proveedores y la optimización de costos. La posición impulsa la mejora continua mediante la automatización de procesos, el uso de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial y la implementación de buenas prácticas, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas institucionales y contribuyendo al logro de los objetivos estratégicos.

Algunas de sus principales tareas serán:

  • Gestionar integralmente las solicitudes de compra mediante SAP, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas y plazos establecidos.
  • Liderar procesos de licitación, análisis comparativo de ofertas, negociación comercial y adjudicación de proveedores.
  • Coordinar con las áreas usuarias la definición de requerimientos y la planificación de compras.
  • Garantizar la trazabilidad documental de cada proceso de compra (pliegos, presupuestos, órdenes de compra, contratos y documentación respaldatoria).
  • Brindar soporte al área de Cuentas a Pagar en el seguimiento de facturas, recepción de servicios y resolución de incidencias.
  • Analizar indicadores de gestión, identificar oportunidades de ahorro y desarrollar propuestas de mejora continua.
  • Implementar automatizaciones mediante herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial y otras tecnologías que optimicen los procesos administrativos y de compras.

Requisitos

  • Ser profesional graduado en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Contabilidad, Marketing o carreras afines (excluyente).
  • Contar con 5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
  • Poseer dominio avanzado de SAP (módulo MM), Excel (excluyente).
  • Tener experiencia en negociación con proveedores y gestión de procesos de compras estratégicas.
  • Poseer conocimientos en gestión documental, evaluación de proveedores y planificación presupuestaria.
  • Contar con experiencia en automatización de procesos, metodologías ágiles y herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude u otras).
