¡Nuevo desafío, ASESOR/A DE ADMISIÓN!

Sumamos a nuestro equipo un/a ASESOR/A DE ADMISIÓN con la misión de brindar un asesoramiento integral y personalizado a aspirantes y futuros estudiantes. Va a acompañar a cada aspirante en todas las etapas del proceso de admisión, desde el primer contacto hasta la inscripción, para asegurar una experiencia positiva y una elección acertada de su propuesta académica.

Principales funciones:

  • Contactar y gestionar los aspirantes asignados por distintos canales (teléfono, WhatsApp, email y otros).
  • Identificar las necesidades, motivaciones y expectativas de cada aspirante para ofrecerle la propuesta académica más adecuada.
  • Presentar la oferta académica completa: carreras, modalidades, aranceles y requisitos.
  • Realizar un seguimiento proactivo de cada aspirante hasta concretar su inscripción.
  • Registrar y tipificar correctamente cada gestión en los sistemas institucionales (HubSpot, Epiron, etc.).
  • Aplicar las políticas vigentes de becas, descuentos y beneficios según los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Colaborar con la supervisión en la detección de oportunidades de mejora en procesos y estrategias.

Requisitos

🔎 Competencias y conocimientos claves:

  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita, con escucha activa y capacidad de persuasión. | Excluyente
  • Proactividad, orientación al servicio y trabajo por objetivos (tanto grupales como individuales). | Excluyente
  • Organización, seguimiento y resolución de problemas. | Excluyente
  • Conocimiento de técnicas de asesoramiento consultivo y manejo de objeciones. | Excluyente
  • Manejo de CRM, métricas de contact center | Excluyente
  • Conocimientos de paquete Office intermedio-avanzado. | Excluyente

💻 Experiencia:

  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en gestión comercial y/o contact center. | Excluyente

📚 Educación:

  • Secundario completo. | Excluyente
  • Estudios terciarios o universitarios en curso en áreas comerciales, marketing, comunicación, educación o afines. | Deseable

📍 Modalidad de trabajo: jornada part time (36hs semanales), presencial en Campus (frente al aeropuerto).
