En Universidad Siglo 21 nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Asesor Presencial de APLV y Posgrado, quien tendrá como misión ser el puente entre la Universidad y quienes buscan dar el próximo paso en su formación, ofreciendo orientación personalizada, gestionando con calidad todo el ciclo de inscripción y aportando iniciativas que impulsen la presencia y el desarrollo de la propuesta académica en la sede, alcanzando las metas comerciales definidas y superando los indicadores de gestión establecidos para el canal, en línea con la estrategia comercial institucional.

Algunas de sus principales tareas serán:

  • Brindar, a través de los diferentes canales de atención y/o contactación disponibles, información y asesoramiento experto sobre las propuestas que ofrece la Universidad, conducentes a una experiencia de compra satisfactoria.
  • Ejecutar las acciones asignadas destinadas a la conversión de leads a nuevos inscriptos, con impacto en el crecimiento de performance de las propuestas según la necesidad específica.
  • Ejecutar el proceso completo de inscripción a las propuestas de APLV y Posgrado.
  • Proponer iniciativas destinadas a la captación de leads que aporten a la estrategia comercial definida para la sede.
  • Reportar diariamente los resultados de la gestión, así como también alertas, desvíos y demás datos que sirvan para la toma de decisiones con impacto.

Requisitos

✅ Competencias técnicas:

  • Manejo de herramientas digitales y social selling.| Deseable.
  • Conocimiento de tecnicas para relevamiento del mercado y competencia.| Deseable.
  • Manejo de sistemas de gestión de relaciones con clientes y técnicas de ventas.| Deseable.

✅ Experiencia:

  • Mínima de 1 año en gestión comercial vinculada principalmente a intangibles (servicios). | Excluyente
  • Mínima de 1 año en gestión por objetivos y resultados medibles. | Excluyente
  • Mínima de 1 año en apertura y cierre de charlas y/o eventos con propósito comercial. | Deseable

✅ Educación:

  • Estudiantes universitarios avanzados o graduados en áreas como Marketing, Publicidad, Relaciones Públicas, Negociación, Gestión de Ventas o afines | Excluyente.

📍 Modalidad de trabajo: jornada full time, presencial en Sede Campus (frente al aeropuerto).
