Tenemos un nuevo desafío para vos: COORDINADOR ACADEMICO CAMPUS VILLA MARIA.

La posicion tiene como misión garantizar la implementación integral del Modelo Académico y los lineamientos institucionales de Universidad Siglo 21 en el Campus, de acuerdo con los estándares y definiciones establecidos por las áreas académicas. Será la persona respondable de actuar como referente académico territorial, articulando con docentes, codirectores de carrera, coordinadores disciplinares y áreas centrales, para asegurar la calidad y consistencia de las propuestas curriculares y cocurriculares, y contribuir a una experiencia formativa integral para el estudiante.

Algunas de sus principales tareas serán:

  • Coordinar la implementación de la actividad académica del Campus, asegurando el cumplimiento de la planificación, calendario, programación y lineamientos académicos definidos institucionalmente.
  • Coordinar el proceso de asignación docente para garantizar cobertura y calidad en la enseñanza acorde al modelo académico de la Universidad, garantizando la eficiencia en la asignación para la correcta dedicación docente.
  • Implementar el programa de acompañamiento y seguimiento académico a los docentes mediante indicadores de desempeño, retroalimentación y espacios de mejora continua, garantizando la correcta labor del rol docente.
  • Ejecutar programas de fidelización docente.
  • Actuar como referente académico local del cuerpo docente, articulando con Codirectores de Carrera, Coordinadores Disciplinares y áreas académicas centrales para asegurar el alineamiento de los docentes con el Modelo Académico y los estándares institucionales.
  • Monitorear la experiencia académica de los estudiantes, identificando dificultades recurrentes, puntos de fricción y oportunidades de mejora. Analizar información e indicadores vinculados con cursado, participación, desempeño, permanencia, identificando situaciones que requieran intervención.

Experiencia comprobable de al menos 2 años en gestión y coordinación de equipos| Deseable

📚Educación: Título de posgrado en áreas vinculadas a la Educación | Excluyente

📍Modalidad: jornada full time, presencial en el Campus Villa María. Es requisito indispensable contar con disponibilidad para residir en la localidad.

  • Es requisito excluyente contar con al menos 1 año de antigüedad en el puesto actual y haber obtenido un desempeño satisfactorio en la última revisión de PGD.
