University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Workers to join our team in Hartland, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
  • Assist with medication reminders and accompany clients to appointments when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to management.
  • Follow care plans and company policies to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in caregiving or related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass background checks.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job location.
