University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team in White Lake, MI. The ideal candidate will provide essential support and care to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a similar caregiving role is a plus.
  • Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation may be required.
