University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers. In this role, you will provide essential in-home support and assistance to clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This position is based in White Lake, MI, and offers competitive pay with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and monitor clients’ well-being
  • Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands
  • Report any changes in clients’ condition to supervisors promptly
  • Follow care plans and maintain accurate records of services provided

Requirements

  • Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in White Lake, MI
  • Ability to pass a background check
