University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Workers to provide in-home care and support to our clients in Rochester Hills, MI. As a Home Health Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with daily activities and promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Help clients with mobility, including transfers and exercises as directed.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
  • Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals and families.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and client progress.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in home health care or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and with compassion.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes in Rochester Hills, MI.
  • Basic knowledge of personal care and safety protocols.
  • Ability to pass background checks.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
