University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant to join our team in Troy, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients with their daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
  • Help with light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in personal care or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the job location in Troy, MI.
  • Ability to pass background checks.
