UnternehmerTUM ist Europas führendes Zentrum für Innovation und Gründung – mit direkter Anbindung an die TU München, zahlreiche Start-ups und den Wissenschaftstransfer. Als Accountant übernimmst du die eigenständige Buchhaltung einer unserer Gesellschaften und gestaltest aktiv mit, wie wir Finanzprozesse mit KI-Tools weiterentwickeln. Damit arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle aus solider Finanzbuchhaltung und der digitalen Transformation eines gemeinnützigen Innovationsökosystems.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Autonome Finanzbuchführung einer unserer Gesellschaften
  • Selbstständige Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Schnelle Rechnungsabwicklung & -buchung
  • Synchronisation aller Konten
  • Überwachung von Zahlungsströmen
  • Einsatz und Weiterentwicklung von KI-Tools in der täglichen Buchhaltung
  • Gestaltungsspielräume bei digitalen und KI-gestützten Buchhaltungs-Projekten

Dein Profil

  • Mehr als nur Buchhaltung: Passion & Mut ist gefragt!
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung / Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (Bilanzbuchhalter oder Steuerfachwirt ist ein dickes Plus)
  • Praxiserfahrung von mind. 3-5 Jahren, idealerweise hast du bereits unterschiedliche Branchen kennengelernt
  • Erfahrung mit KI-Tools im Finanzbereich ist erwünscht – mindestens genauso zählt deine Lernbereitschaft, dich in neue Anwendungen einzuarbeiten
  • Profi in MS Office, Know-how bei Google Workspace von Vorteil.
  • Datev Kenntnisse gern gesehen
  • Erfahrung mit Gemeinnützigkeit? Pluspunkt!
  • Teamplayer mit unternehmerischem Drive.
  • Fließend in Deutsch & gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
