Als AI Architect gestaltest du diese Grundlage: von der grundlegenden Stack-Entscheidung bis zur Referenzimplementierung, die andere Teams als Vorbild nutzen. Du triffst Architekturentscheidungen mit Tragweite für das gesamte Unternehmen – und bleibst dabei selbst codierend am System.

Deine Aufgaben

Bei uns triffst du Architekturentscheidungen mit echter Reichweite: Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen KI-Verantwortung, Fachbereichen, IT und Trusted-AI-Board – und bleibst dabei hands-on an der Umsetzung beteiligt, statt nur Konzepte zu zeichnen.

  • KI-Architektur & Stack-Entscheidungen setzen (30%): Du definierst die unternehmensweiten Prinzipien, triffst grundlegende Stack-Entscheidungen und etablierst Patterns, die andere Teams wiederverwenden.
  • Tech-Ansatz bewerten & weiterentwickeln (15%): Du prüfst unseren aktuellen Ansatz kritisch und entscheidest mit Begründung, ob er bestätigt, geschärft oder abgelöst wird – inklusive Migrationspfad.
  • Zentrale KI-Plattform designen (25%): Du baust die Integrations- und Gateway-Architektur sowie eine providerneutrale Modell-Policy, auf die das gesamte Unternehmen aufsetzt.
  • Security- & Datenzugriffs-Baseline setzen (15%): Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit Daten-Ownern und CISO die Sicherheitsstandards und vertrittst die Architekturentscheidungen im Trusted-AI-Board.
  • Guidance für die Organisation geben (15%): Du stellst Templates und Referenzimplementierungen bereit und begleitest Teams durch Architektur-Reviews und Office Hours.

Dein Profil

  • 7+ Jahre Erfahrung in Produktionssoftware, davon mehrere Jahre als Architekt:in oder Tech Lead
  • 2+ Jahre Erfahrung mit LLM-/RAG-Systemen im Produktivbetrieb
  • Erfahrung mit Integrationsarchitektur in heterogenen SaaS-Landschaften (API-Gateways, Auth, Datenzugriff)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit agentischem Tooling, z. B. Claude Code oder vergleichbaren Werkzeugen
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch (mindestens B2)
  • Freude daran, Standards in einer gewachsenen, dezentralen Organisation über Überzeugung statt Weisung durchzusetzen
  • Idealerweise hast du außerdem ein tiefes Verständnis von Retrieval-Architekturen, Agenten-Orchestrierung und evaluationsgetriebener Entwicklung und Erfahrung darin, sowohl Engineering-Teams als auch Geschäftsführung von Architekturentscheidungen zu überzeugen
