Als Europas führendes Zentrum für Innovation und Gründung übersetzt UnternehmerTUM neue Technologien in echten Nutzen, für Startups, etablierte Unternehmen und die eigene Organisation. Als AI Builder gestaltest du genau diesen letzten Teil aktiv mit. Du arbeitest AI First: Du steuerst Coding-Agenten, statt jede Zeile selbst zu schreiben, und baust so KI-Agenten und -Anwendungen, die im Alltag tatsächlich ankommen und Wirkung entfalten, von der ersten Idee bis zur produktiven Nutzung im Team.

Deine Aufgaben

Du arbeitest eng mit unserem AI Architect, mit Use-Case-Owner:innen aus den Fachbereichen, mit dem AI Transformation Lead für Enablement sowie mit IT und appliedAI zusammen. Dabei bewegst du dich zwischen sehr unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern, von IT bis zum Eventteam.

  • KI-Use-Cases end-to-end umsetzen (50%): Du scopst gemeinsam mit Use-Case-Owner:innen, baust Prototypen, evaluierst sie sauber und bringst sie in den produktiven Einsatz.
  • Bestehende KI-Services weiterentwickeln (15%): Du erweiterst unsere KI-Services entlang der Patterns, die unser AI Architect etabliert.
  • Enablement der Kolleg:innen (15%): Du teilst dein Wissen in Pairing-Sessions, Demos und Show-and-Tells und befähigst andere, selbst weiterzubauen.
  • Blueprints und Dokumentation (10%): Du hältst Lösungen wiederverwendbar fest, damit andere Teams darauf aufbauen können.
  • Adoption und Wirkung messen (10%): Du behältst im Blick, ob und wie ein Use Case im Alltag ankommt, und triffst Entscheidungen auf dieser Basis.

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in Software- oder AI-Engineering, ob im Team, als Freelancer oder in eigenen Projekten
  • Selbst gebaute und produktiv ausgelieferte LLM-Agenten, Repos oder Demos kannst du zeigen
  • Erfahrung mit agentischen Coding-Tools wie Claude Code
  • Erfahrung mit Agentic Patterns und Frameworks
  • Eine evaluationsgetriebene Arbeitsweise: Du baust Test-Harnesses, analysierst Fehlermuster und iterierst auf Basis echter Nutzung
  • Die Fähigkeit, Use Cases zu demoen, verständlich zu erklären und gemeinsam mit Nicht-Techniker:innen zu scopen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
