Rund 350 Menschen arbeiten hier täglich daran, Ideen in Wirkung zu verwandeln – für Startups, Konzerne und die Gesellschaft.

Unser Executive Office treibt die Strategieumsetzung der UnternehmerTUM voran und sorgt dafür, dass Vorstandsformate auf höchstem Niveau funktionieren. Für dieses Team suchen wir Verstärkung.

Deine Aufgaben

Strategie & PMO (ca. 50 %)

  • Beim bereichsübergreifenden Tracking strategischer Initiativen und OKRs behältst du Fortschritt, Abhängigkeiten und offene Punkte im Blick.
  • Strategie-Reviews und Steuerungsrunden bereitest du inhaltlich vor, von der Agenda bis zur Aufbereitung relevanter Kennzahlen.
  • Entscheidungsvorlagen und Analysen für die Geschäftsführung entstehen bei dir so, dass sie Komplexität reduzieren, statt sie nur zu verwalten.

Board-Formate (ca. 30 %)

  • CEO-Dinner, Aufsichtsratssitzungen und Offsites gestaltest du inhaltlich mit, von der Themensetzung über die Foliensätze bis zur Storyline.
  • Für strukturierte Nachbereitung sorgst du mit klaren Action-Item-Listen und verfolgst nach, dass vereinbarte Dinge tatsächlich passieren.

Logistik & Stakeholder für unseren CEO (ca. 20 %)

  • Reisen und Teilnahmen an High-Level-Kundenmeetings unseres CEOs bereitest du organisatorisch vor und nach.
  • Die Stakeholder-Beziehungen unseres CEOs pflegst du über Kontaktrhythmen und Gesprächspartner-Dossiers und sorgst so dafür, dass er im jeweiligen Kontext den richtigen Ton trifft.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise wirtschaftswissenschaftlich oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Strategieberatung, Unternehmensentwicklung, PMO oder einem Executive Office, idealerweise in einem schnell wachsenden Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und der Steuerung strategischer Projekte oder Initiativen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen KI-Tools zur Recherche, Aufbereitung und Präsentation
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Diskretion und Verlässlichkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen und Stakeholdern auf Entscheider-Ebene
  • Erfahrung im Start-up- oder Scale-up-Umfeld ist von Vorteil
