Als erste Anlaufstelle für (mittelständische) Unternehmen an Europas größtem Gründungs- und Innovationszentrum bietet die UnternehmerTUM Projekt GmbH praxisnahe Hilfe bei der Lösung von Innovationsherausforderungen, mit dem Ziel, gemeinsam mit etablierten Unternehmern die Zukunftsfähigkeit des Innovations- und Wirtschaftsstandort Deutschland zu sichern, sowie den Mittelstand nachhaltig zu stärken.

Interdisziplinäre Teams erarbeiten in Innovationsprojekten Lösungen zu aktuellen Aufgabenstellungen und Herausforderungen in den Bereichen digitale Transformation, Produkte, Technologien, Services und neue Geschäftsmodelle. Dabei helfen unsere Expert_innen Unternehmen dabei neue Geschäftsfelder zu entwicklen, als auch bestehende Geschäftsmodelle zu hinterfragen und zu optimieren.

Als Praktikant:in unterstützt du aktiv die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Accelerator-Programme RESPOND, Energy und Urban. Dabei arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle von Start-ups, Industriepartnern und dem Innovationsökosystem mit Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit, Energiewende und urbane Transformation.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Accelerator-Programme RESPOND , Energy und Urban
  • Unterstützung bei der Steuerung und operativen Umsetzung der Programme sowie des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Durchführung von Recherchen zu Start-ups, Technologien und Trends in den Bereichen Sustainability, Energy und Urban Innovation
  • Unterstützung bei der Identifikation, Auswahl und Evaluation von Start-ups für die Programme
  • Pflege von Datenbanken sowie Weiterentwicklung von Wissensmanagement-Strukturen (z. B. Notion)
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Reports, Umfragen und Unterstützung bei Workshops
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Industriepartnern, Start-ups, Mentor:innen, Coaches und Investor:innen
  • Unterstützung des Beratungsteams im projektbezogenen Tagesgeschäft

Dein Profil

  • Studium (Bachelor in den letzten Semestern oder Master) in Management, Entrepreneurship, Innovation oder verwandten Bereichen
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Start-up-, Innovations- oder Beratungsumfeld von Vorteil
  • Starkes Interesse an Themen wie Sustainability, Energiewende, Dekarbonisierung, Net Zero, Impact Investing, Circular Economy sowie Smart City/Urban Innovation
  • Erfahrung mit Organisations- und Prozessabläufen sowie gängigen Tools (z. B. Notion, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Proaktive, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative
