Wir suchen Unterstützung für die Gestaltung der Zukunft von Controlling & KI-Transformation bei UnternehmerTUM, Europas führendem Innovations- und Gründungszentrum!

UnternehmerTUM verbindet Wissenschaft, Unternehmertum und Impact – und das Controlling spielt dabei eine zentrale Rolle: als Sparringspartner für strategische Entscheidungen, als Treiber effizienter Prozesse und zunehmend als Brücke zwischen Finanzdaten und neuen Technologien. Du gestaltest genau diese Brücke: Du bringst KI ins Controlling – pragmatisch, nachhaltig und mit echtem Mehrwert für die gesamte Organisation.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung der Transformation: Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für das Controlling-Team in die KI-Transformation und führst es mit klaren Prioritäten und Mentoring in KI-gestützte Arbeitsweisen.
  • Teamentwicklung: Durch deine einschlägigen Erfahrungen förderst du die KI-Kompetenz deines Teams, führst Ziel- und Feedbackgespräche und wirkst durch dein KI-Knowhow bei der Personalauswahl mit.
  • Reporting, Planung & Analytics: Du entwickelst Reporting, Forecasting und Planung mit KI-Tools wie Power BI, LucaNet sowie KI-gestützten Auswertungen weiter und bindest DATEV, Google Workspace und Fachsysteme professionell an,
  • Ergebnisverantwortung: Du verantwortest Budgetierung, Forecast, Reporting der Controlling-Prozesse & KI-Transformation.
  • KI-Implementierung & Beratung des Managements und der Fachbereiche bei KI-Entscheidungen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Data Science oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrungen mit KI-Anwendungen im Finanz- und Controlling-Kontex
  • Führungserfahrung: Mehrjährige fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling sowie Erfahrung in Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Power BI, Excel und Google Workspace; Erfahrung mit LucaNet und DATEV ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
