The posting

Onze productiehal draait. De eerste batches staan, het proces wordt met de week strakker, en daar hoort nu een leidinggevende bij die het naar het volgende niveau tilt. Jij stuurt niet alleen je team aan, je bewaakt het hele systeem: wat erin gaat, wat eruit komt, en alles daartussenin. Dat vraagt gewicht en overzicht, en het levert je op dat je over een jaar exact kunt aanwijzen wat er zonder jou niet had gestaan.

Wat je doet

  • Stuurt het productieteam aan: werkverdeling, motivatie en aanspreken waar nodig.
  • Traint nieuwe medewerkers in en haalt het beste uit je bestaande team.
  • Houdt overzicht over mensen, machines, output en waste.
  • Analyseert storingen en afwijkingen aan machines en lost ze zelfstandig op waar dat kan.
  • Bewaakt kwaliteit en voortgang van elke batch, van grondstof tot eindproduct.
  • Grijpt zelfstandig in zodra productie, kwaliteit of veiligheid daarom vraagt.

Wie we zoeken

  • Technisch inzicht: je begrijpt machines, herkent storingen en lost ze zelf op.
  • Stuurt mensen aan: begeleidt, spreekt aan, haalt het beste uit je team.
  • Houdt overzicht onder druk: mensen, machines, output en waste, tegelijk.
  • Neemt zelf de beslissing zodra productie, kwaliteit of veiligheid daarom vraagt.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen productie of een vergelijkbare operationele omgeving.
  • Ervaring met kwaliteit, voedselveiligheid en hygiëne is een pré.

Voor deze vacature vragen we een minimum beschikbaarheid van 20 uur per week. Diensten kunnen flexibel worden ingedeeld. We werken met een ochtendshift (07.00 tot 15.00 uur) en een avondshift (15.00 tot 23.00 uur). De fabriek is ook in het weekend open.

Wat je krijgt

  • €3.200 tot €3.900 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.
  • Contract van 7 maanden, inclusief 1 maand proeftijd.
  • Je werkt op onze Campus in de Van Nelle Fabriek in Rotterdam.

  • Eigen team, eigen verantwoordelijkheid, vanaf dag één.
