Over Upfront

Upfront is een Nederlands merk voor (sport)voeding en supplementen. Onze missie: de voedingsindustrie radicaal vereenvoudigen, zonder kleine letters of vage claims. We groeien ongeveer 250% per jaar, gingen van €21M naar €70M omzet, en bouwen daarnaast eigen winkels (Foodstores) die we door het hele land uitrollen.

We zoeken een Recruiter voor ons TA-team. Je werkt direct met Doğu, die de werving bij Upfront heeft opgebouwd, en je speelt een sleutelrol in het bouwen van de teams die onze groei waarmaken. Je krijgt eigenaarschap over het hele proces, van eerste contact tot getekend aanbod.

Sommige weken zit je vol in de sourcing: creatief op zoek naar de mensen die we nodig hebben, ook als de pijplijn even opdroogt. Andere weken bouw je aan iets nieuws, zoals een traineeship, een businesscase of een campagne om een lastig te vullen rol onder de aandacht te brengen. We zoeken iemand die beide soorten werk met dezelfde energie doet: de dagelijkse pijplijn en het idee dat daar bovenuit stijgt.

We groeien door naar meer dan 100 mensen en hebben 20+ rollen openstaan, dus wat jij bouwt bepaalt het tempo van de hele organisatie. Je stuurt zelf hoe je een rol aanpakt, bouwt sterke relaties met de hiring managers achter elke vacature, en laat data zien wat werkt en wat niet.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Draai het volledige wervingsproces, van eerste contact tot getekend aanbod
  • Bouw sterke relaties met hiring managers en doorgrond precies wat ze nodig hebben
  • Source actief en creatief naar de beste mensen, ook als de pijplijn even opdroogt
  • Lanceer nieuwe initiatieven zoals traineeships, businesscases of campagnes om lastige rollen te vullen
  • Maak van elke stap in het proces een sterke candidate experience, van eerste chat tot aanbod
  • Laat data je sturen: meet wat werkt en verbeter ons wervingsproces continu
  • Anticipeer op nieuwe rollen en verschuivende prioriteiten, zodat je er klaar voor bent als ze komen

Harde eisen

  • Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in Psychologie, Bedrijfskunde, HRM of vergelijkbaar
  • Meerdere jaren recruitmentervaring in een start-up of scale-up omgeving
  • Sterke communicatie- en overtuigingskracht: je durft door te vragen en tegen te spreken als dat nodig is
  • Je bent hands-on: zie je iets dat beter kan, dan pak je het zelf op
  • Je bent comfortabel met onzekerheid. Nieuwe rollen en prioriteiten wisselen hier snel

  • €4.000 tot €5.500 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring.
  • Je werkt op onze Campus in de Van Nelle Fabriek in Rotterdam. Een open gebouw met veel licht en een grote tuin.
